Welcome to UKB Women
UKB is a women’s only kickboxing fitness facility. We offer multiple classes in a group setting throughout the week (as well as personal 1 on 1 training at certain locations). You’ll be with other women in a friendly community sweating together. Our instructors are well trained and certified in our superior Training System to help motivate and guide you during your time at UKB. All classes are NON-CONTACT, so you WON’T ever be engaging in physical contact with another woman. You’ll be partnering up to strike on protective pads that we provide. All classes target a full body workout, including many important muscles that tend to get ignored in our daily lives and even in many other workouts, and this is all in only 1 hour. Our classes are a lot more fun and interactive compared to working out at a regular fitness club.
According to NutriStrategy: “A 155 pound person will burn about 700 calories in an hour of kickboxing. To burn that many calories in an hour on a treadmill, you would have to be moving at a pace of at least 6 mph!” (That’s almost 10 KM in 1 hour!)
